This is how you really let your employees down

Loading trucks or maintaining large vehicles are typical examples of work that usually takes place several meters above the ground. In such cases, legislators and accident insurers stipulate that the employees involved must be protected from falls as much as possible. For all companies for which the construction of tailor-made platforms, bridges, platforms or stairs is out of the question - for example because there is not enough space - Kee Safety now offers the Kee Track fall protection system. 

Screw connection solution

This is a rail-based overhead fall arrest system that can be easily integrated into the roof structures of workshops, assembly halls, logistics centers or hangars. Because it is designed as a pure screw connection solution, neither welding nor special tools are required. Kee Track can be configured so that up to four people, each weighing 140 kg, can attach themselves to the system's movable, extendable safety rope, which is brought in from above. The steel cable is rolled up in a mobile runner that slides in a rail suspended from the ceiling and follows the movements of the secured person. If the employee stumbles and threatens to fall, the restraining mechanism of the pulley - similar to the seat belt in a car - absorbs the fall and prevents the fall. 

Kee Safety offers the new fall protection as a complete solution, which is adapted to the customer's specific requirements and on-site conditions. The two central components of Kee Track are the ceiling-side rail system with its steel vertical struts, connecting elements and the running rail, as well as the mobile runner with the roll-out safety rope and the retaining mechanism. All components are delivered preconfigured and including all required screw assortments.
