Diese ersetzt für Neuverträge ab sofort die bisherige Leasingfinanzierung mit Kilometerabrechnung. Die wichtigsten Änderungen der neuen Leasingfinanzierung gemäß Verbraucherkreditgesetz (VKrG) sind u.a.: Der Effektivzinssatz muss in der Werbung deutlich sichtbar ausgewiesen werden. Der Kunde erhält vor Abschluss des Leasingvertrages eine vorvertragliche Information über sämtliche Vertragsinhalte, insbesondere über die Bedingungen und Kosten des Leasings sowie über die Verpflichtungen, die er mit dem Vertrag eingeht.
