BRP-Rotax looks back on a long history of success. With its powerful drives for the power sports sector, the Upper Austrian company has firmly established itself at the top of the global market. Now BRP-Rotax is celebrating a very special milestone: the 10 millionth engine was produced in Gunskirchen on October 28th. This anniversary production is not just any engine, but rather an extraordinary development for Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles - the Rotax Motor 900 ACE Turbo 150.
BRP-Rotax celebrated the production success together with assembly employees and guests from the Canadian parent company BRP. In his speech, José Boisjoli, President and CEO of BRP, thanked the Rotax team and congratulated them on their success. Thomas Uhr, Senior Vice-President Product Engineering and Manufacturing Operations Powersports, Anne Le Breton, Senior Vice-President Human Resources, Eric Lebel, Vice-President Human Resources and Minh Thanh Tran, Vice-President Corporate Strategy & Development and Global Transformation also came to the celebration for BRP in Upper Austria.
