Cisco Talk about electromobility

Together with the Norwegian ambassador Bente Angell-Hansen, the telecommunications company Cisco invited customers, partners and decision-makers from business and politics to an expert discussion at the embassy residence. Federal Minister Jörg Leichtfried, Norwegian Ambassador Bente Angell-Hansen, Secretary General of the Norwegian Society for Electric Vehicles Christina Bu and Cisco General Manager Achim Kaspar explored the economic potential of e-mobility. Leichtfried sees a great opportunity for the Austrian industry and announces: “The goal is to become a pioneer in Europe when it comes to electric vehicles.” Christina Bu is already detecting a paradigm shift: “The switch from fossil-fuelled vehicles to electric vehicles has increased massively in Norway over the past year – much faster than expected.” Bente Angell-Hansen emphasizes the health relevance of using electric vehicles, and for Achim Kaspar, electric mobility is a good example of digitalization, which also affects all other sectors of industry.
