What motivates people to create something together? What role do salary bonuses play when leadership is required and what motivating power does a culture of trust have? In search of answers, 20 AHS directors visited AVL Ditest. “Without a spirit of optimism at schools, graduates will not become capable career starters, and without this, companies like AVL Ditest cannot be successful in the long term,” says AVL Ditest managing director Gerald Lackner, explaining the importance of close cooperation between industry and schools. During the information afternoon, the AHS visitor group got to know the team members, philosophy and work organization of the Graz technology company. Gerald Lackner: "Anyone who is willing to listen and accept feedback has found the source of motivation. That's why I am convinced that this leadership culture can also be easily applied to the non-profit sector, for example in the education sector."
