Fully biological washing water treatment
The basis of the new wash water treatment systems are the oval containers made of seamless reinforced concrete, which were previously used primarily in the separator area. A fixed-bed bioreactor ensures that the wash water is biologically treated in the basin so that dissolved substances are already broken down when the water passes through the filtration system in the technical room. The clear and odor-free water is then available again for vehicle cleaning. All system components are coordinated with each other. The compact design not only minimizes construction costs, but also the risk of pipe bursts.
The new C Bio is available in three versions: C 6 Bio for gantry car washes, C 1 Bio for commercial vehicle wash systems and C 4 Bio for large amounts of water in car washes. The systems are compatible with the systems of all common car wash manufacturers. C Bio is already working in various facilities in Germany and Austria and was recently installed in a car wash in Dubai.
