Lucky Car and Birner remain partners

After starting 2023 with three new locations opening in Austria and Switzerland, Lucky Car is now extending its partnership with Birner, a specialist in the field of car spare parts and car accessories. The long-standing cooperation was already intensified in 2019, and the strategic cooperation is now being extended for another three years. Lucky Car founder Ostoja “Ossi” Matic is pleased about the continued collaboration: “Thanks to Birner’s high-quality spare parts and fast just-in-time delivery, we can continue to guarantee our customers the highest quality regardless of the car brand – from combustion engines to electric cars.” Franz Lettner, Managing Director at Birner, is also satisfied: "Both companies are family-owned. Despite international competitors, they have always been able to expand and consolidate their market leadership in their segments."

After Lucky Car's workshop network has grown to 43 locations in recent years, Austria's largest contract-free workshop chain is planning to continue to expand. “Six to ten more locations are planned to be added in the next twelve months alone,” says Ossi Matic. The ultimate goal remains customer satisfaction, which can only be achieved with the best quality, a reasonable price and quick processing. "As a traditional Austrian company with almost 90 years of experience, Birner is the prime example of a strong partner. Birner brilliantly meets the high demands we place on our suppliers," explains Matic in conclusion.
