KYB app achieves over 10,000 downloads
The KYB app has three main functions that help technicians find and install chassis components and explain to the driver the need for a repair, communicate this and thus support the workshop in selling chassis components. The first function allows technicians to suggest chassis repairs to the driver. After assessing the vehicle, the technician enters the “symptoms” the vehicle is showing into the app and adds an image if necessary. The second feature allows the technician to take “before and after” photos when working on a vehicle’s undercarriage and send them to the customer. The final section contains detailed, part-specific and technical advice for working on the chassis. If a KYB assembly video is available for reference, that will also be provided. Downloading and using the KYB Suspension Solutions app is free.
