Just in time for the new financial year, Stahlgruber presents the new “STAkis Profi” – the complete IT solution for modern workshops of all sizes.

T he free version is already very popular; with the professional modules, automotive companies can further optimize and accelerate their work processes. Even the smallest workshops today need solid IT support in order to be able to work professionally. Regardless of whether invoices have to be written, the spare parts warehouse has to be managed or goods orders have to be processed - without the right software solution it becomes expensive and tedious. Stahlgruber’s in-house system “STAkis” is a popular program in home workshops. Why? Because it is free, practical and quite comprehensive. But once a company reaches a certain size, you need more. And now, at the latest, with the introduction of compulsory cash registers, many workshops will have to convert their cash register systems or introduce them altogether.
Modular design
“STAkis Profi” is the paid extension to the basic program and offers a variety of new functions. For example, the DATEV and EBV interface is included, as is the management of open items and dunning, the form letter function, workshop billing or the tire warehouse - to name just a few details. With the optional expansion modules, the IT system can be adapted and put together exactly according to your own wishes and needs with full cost transparency. If desired, spare parts interfaces, a workshop planner, the PC cash register or user administration can be integrated. Interesting: Stahlgruber also offers a complete cash register accessories system. This means you can fulfill or update the new cash register requirement in one go with the IT system.
Practical
We attended the information event on January 18th in Graz. The appointment, which was scheduled at short notice, attracted around 50 interested parties. Almost every visitor has already installed the free version in their company and now wants to upgrade. We spoke to four visitors.
