The new Mahle RemotePRO enables remote diagnosis of vehicles with access to the original manufacturer's data and is offered as a supplement to the universal diagnostic device Mahle TechPRO / Brain Bee Connex. According to Mahle, the system covers more manufacturers than the competition. Independent workshops can carry out complex diagnoses and service routines just like authorized workshops. Specialists can be called in via chat or hotline to competently guide you through the diagnostic process.

Remote diagnostic devices combine a variety of manufacturer diagnostic devices virtually on one server. This means that independent workshops can use the same range of functions as brand workshops, even on vehicles that are difficult to diagnose or are very rare. This includes reading and deleting the error memory, calibrating, programming and maintaining various systems in the vehicle, but also learning vehicle keys or diagnosing atypical and “exotic” error situations. The manufacturers’ services are billed according to the “pay per use” principle, i.e. depending on the application. This means that independent workshops can pass on these costs directly and transparently to their customers. They benefit from the expertise and technical possibilities that their independent workshop has.
