On November 22nd and 23rd, “aDay” took place in Ampflwang in the Hausruckwald. At the ad Auto Service workshops conference, among other things, the ad development advisory board was brought into being. Other central topics included deepening marketing support as part of the partnership, the exchange of experiences on SERMI and the innovative booking platform “Drivemotive”. Roman Rohrmoser, Head of Sales & Marketing at Birner GmbH, explains the added value of the new ad development advisory board: “Participation helps the ad Auto Service workshops to have a stronger voice in the market and enables us as partners to better understand the needs of our customers and respond to them in a targeted manner.” With the ad development advisory board, a communication platform is being created that enables closer exchange between drivers, workshops and Birner. This creates future-oriented concept solutions and ensures external quality assurance.

In addition to the establishment of the development advisory board, the dialogue between the concept partners and Birner was the most important point at the conference. The SERMI certification, which presents workshop owners with new challenges, offered a lot to talk about. Birner's experts were there to provide advice and support and to point out possible solutions. Speaking of solutions: Online appointment bookings for the workshop will soon be possible easily via Drivemotive. This innovative tool was also presented by Birner at the aDay in Upper Austria and will be available soon. The booking platform makes vehicle businesses even more efficient and customer-friendly by making it easy to book appointments on your mobile phone or PC. Further exciting lectures from industry partners such as OE Service, Mobility Market, Blåkläder and Liqui Moly rounded off the daily program.
