The reference work for wheels and tires was republished by VRÖ (Association of Austrian Tire Specialists) and is now available. The VRÖ legal primer is an information encyclopedia for the entire automotive industry and for everyone who deals with tires and wheels. It is considered the bible of the tire industry. In addition to the legal basics, the VRÖ legal guide/tire guide also contains a lot of graphics, illustrations, tables, sample forms and practical tips for the professional handling of wheels and tires.
The constant further development of motor vehicles and tire technology as well as changes to legal regulations and international standards made a new edition of the VRÖ legal primer necessary. The 120-page reference work has now been published in A4 format and provides information on all relevant topics relating to wheels and tires. The current edition contains all legal innovations up to and including the following amendments: 39th KFG amendment from December 15th, 2020 and the 67th KDV amendment from December 10th, 2019. The testing instructions of the current 9th edition of the 2019 catalog of defects, including the update from November 2020, are also taken into account. Tire and rim-specific standards and rules that have been adopted into Austrian law or which automatically acquired legal force in Austria through EU regulations are included in the content.
