Intensive training - start into the two-wheel season
Harald Kissler (tire expert, former sales manager for motorcycle tires) offers, in cooperation with Heinrich Schopf (master automotive technician) and with the support of VRÖ, intensive training for installing and removing the wheels of a motorcycle and motorcycle tires.
Intensive training - start into the two-wheel season
The aim of this course is, on the one hand, to impart new knowledge, deepen existing knowledge, create awareness of technical connections, avoid errors and increase customer satisfaction. Among other things, these topics will be covered:
Theory:
• Who is the customer “Motorcyclist”
• What does a customer expect from a specialist company
• A little tire knowledge + installation tips
• Tightening torques – which ones and why
• Braking – with and without ABS
Practice:
(“Training on the job” for each participant)
• Removing the wheels
• Dismantling and installing the tire with the correct air pressure
• Clean and lubricate the screws
• Installing the wheels
• Tensioning the chain and inspection
The course takes place in a special training room where there are 4 motorcycle platforms + appropriate motorcycles, assembly equipment, etc.
Minimum 8 people – a maximum of 14 people can take part in one appointment.

Duration: 1-day course from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – theory and practice – conclusion with diploma
Location: Siegfried Marcus Vocational School for Automotive Technology in 1210 Vienna, Scheydgasse 40.
Cost contribution: € 275 excl. VAT per person including meals (lunch, coffee, drinks), diploma.
