The constant manual reading of the fill levels in lubricant tanks costs time and carries the risk that if there is inadequate control, the tank will suddenly be empty, which can have dramatic consequences for the company. Haberkorn, Austrian representative of Shell lubricants, now offers an innovative solution with the H-level fill level sensor: daily fill level detection and automatic generation of an order when a predefined tank level is reached. The H-level fill level sensor measures the level of the lubricant tank once a day without contact using ultrasound technology. The only technical requirement is a free lid on the top of the tank. The device is compatible with almost every type of device, thanks to various adapters. Access to electricity is not a requirement as there is also a battery-operated version. Data transmission is carried out contactlessly using a built-in SIM card via the GSM network - if reception is not sufficient, Haberkorn provides extension antennas.

The current filling level, consumption history, individual configuration and more can be seen with just a few clicks on the personal dashboard, which can be accessed from anywhere and at any time using a laptop, PC, tablet or smartphone. The customer can decide whether an automatic order will be generated when a predefined level is reached or whether he would initially like to be informed about this only by email.
The innovation helps Shell customers make the entire ordering process more efficient: time can be saved for constant manual control, order timing and inventory can be optimized and potential sources of error can be reduced.
