New Audi E-Center in the middle of Vienna
Right in the middle of Vienna's city center, visitors to the Audi House of Progress experience how diverse electric mobility from Audi already is today. The premium manufacturer will be showing at Kärntnerstrasse 26 from December 17, 2021 to March 31, 2022 how automotive boundaries are shifting in the new era - and what fascinating vehicles are resulting from this. The Porsche Holding Salzburg has with the Mooncity Vienna on Kärntnerstrasse created a perfect opportunity to present brands and explain the topic of electromobility in more detail.
In the immediate vicinity of traditional shops such as the K&K farm supplier Lobmeyr, the group's brands take turns presenting their electrical developments in the new Mooncity Vienna. It starts with Audi, which is transforming the new presentation area into the House of Progress: The brand's electric stars - Q4 e-tron and e-tron GT - will be presented there over several weeks, while future concepts provide insights into Audi's further transformation. From 2022 there will be weekly thematic focuses, i.e. events or themed weeks with a changing focus. Whether it's electric yoga, focus on design or art, panel talks or press conferences - the House of Progress becomes a hotspot in the elegant city center of Vienna.
"While our numerous dealerships in Austria are still the perfect contact point for all customer needs relating to vehicles, the House of Progress, thanks to its location in Vienna's first district, offers us the opportunity to be even closer to the customer and to make the brand tangible for a broad audience. Through our series of events, we will also make a statement about what the Audi brand stands for and what the future will look like," says Thomas Beran, Brand Manager Audi Austria.
Visitors can visit the experience center and take in the extraordinary design. Exhibits and interactive graphics illuminate the dawn of a new design era, explain the technology of battery-electric drives and explain the charging infrastructure. The large Blog of Progress shows films about the future of Audi and the spectacle of progress; well-known brand ambassadors such as Anna Gasser speak out on the topic of the future. Upon request, an Audi Genius, a specially trained product professional, will explain the new technologies and vehicles from the Audi brand to visitors. In a separate customer private lounge, interested parties can retreat with an advisor to carry out individual configurations on the Audi Q4 e-tron or Audi e-tron GT at their leisure and get to know the wide range of equipment options. Customers who already own such a vehicle can also go through the various functions in detail with the product professionals on site - this “training” goes far beyond a classic vehicle handover. Test drives with the Audi Q4 e-tron, the Audi e-tron GT and the Audi e-tron from the nearby Opera Garage are available on request and are intended to round off this electric mobility experience from Audi.
In addition, the Audi House of Progress is also a meeting point and meeting zone in downtown Vienna. The café on the first floor, designed with designer furniture, offers a beautiful view of Kärntnerstrasse and invites visitors to linger and relax. The range is complemented by the latest products from the Moon brand.
