Mercedes service with Lukoil
With K3TECH, a state-of-the-art service center for Mercedes vehicles was built in Klagenfurt. The ambitious team relies on the highest quality in all aspects. Also with lubricants.

Mercedes service with Lukoil
Former Teissl employees opened “V3tech Service und Handels GmbH” in Villach in 2015 as an authorized service partner for Mercedes-Benz cars and vans. K3tech opened in Klagenfurt last fall. The two managing directors Darko Djuric and Reiner Wiessler direct the fortunes of the extremely ambitious service company, which is competent when it comes to cars, vans and trucks. Both men actually have Mercedes in their blood. “I started as an apprentice at Teissl in 1996. Ten years later I passed the master’s examination,” explains Darko Djuric in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. As an authorized service partner for Mercedes-Benz, Djuric and Wiessler have, so to speak, fulfilled a childhood dream. The ratio between serviced cars and trucks or vans is currently around 50:50. The ratio between private and business customers is also around 50:50. Twelve employees are currently concerned about the well-being of customers. The managing directors state that their medium-term goal is to double the number of employees and train one apprentice. Just like the motto of Mercedes-Benz, the maxim of K3tech in Klagenfurt is: “The best or nothing”. “The highest quality and optimal customer service are our top priority,” emphasizes Djuric to KFZ Wirtschaft. This also includes choosing the right lubricant.

TRUST IN LUKOIL
"The quality of the lubricant is of great importance to our customers. It is often in demand," says Darko Djuric. As with V3tech, K3tech in Klagenfurt also swears by Lukoil lubricants. Darko Djuric emphasizes the “excellent support” from Bernhard Blasl, Area Sales Manager Automotive at Lukoil. "The price-performance ratio is excellent. We receive lubricants made in Austria with all relevant approvals," says Djuric. Bernhard Blasl from Lukoil, for his part, praises the handshake quality of his contacts at K3tech. "The lubricants business is always a question of trust. We also take the K3tech team's premium demands into account with our Lukoil products," says Bernhard Blasl.
