Focus on service

At Reifen Ritz you always have the feeling that everything is constantly moving. There are constant innovations, optimizations, additional services and, above all, customer service to which everything else is de facto subordinated. A year ago, the branch in the old town in Bruck an der Leitha was relocated to the commercial area on the outskirts of the city (Eco Plus Park). Instead of the previous 2900 m2, 10,000 m2 are now available. A very conscious investment in the future. In addition to the tire service, customers at the location have access to a self-service car wash, which, according to GF Leszkovich, has proven itself at the new location as well as at the headquarters in Eisenstadt, where it has been available for two years (reifen Ritz has nine locations in total). “The new location was a strategic decision,” explains Christoph Leszkovich in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. “We focus on service.” In particular for private customers, but also for fleet customers in combination with the “Top Tire Team” (Tire Ritz has been a member of the “Top Tire Team” since 1998). The traditional company, now in its third generation, has been cooperating with Vredestein since the brand's inception. “Vredestein is a top brand with a top image,” Leszkovich is convinced. The Apollo brand, which has been on the Austrian market since 2012, complements the product portfolio excellently. "We know the power behind Apollo. It is ideal for the cheaper segment," said the Tire Ritz boss.
Apollo Vredestein Austria CEO Thomas Bodyt puts it in a nutshell: "Our tires are in the premium segment and need competent salespeople who explain the products well and advise customers well. We have that here at Reifen Ritz. The standard is at the highest level."

Good price-performance ratio

The Vredestein and Apollo brands would complement each other excellently. “Especially in this day and age, when it is becoming increasingly difficult for the tire trade, a brand like Apollo with an excellent price-performance ratio is ideal,” Thomas Körpert is convinced. Reifen Ritz Apollo has been running Ritz Apollo since the beginning. “We record growth every year,” says Reifen-Ritz boss Christoph Leszkovich.

Highest technical standard

In fact, when you take a tour of the new branch in the Eco Plus Park in Bruck an der Leitha, you can immediately see that they have invested in the future with great care; everything is at the highest level. The self-service car wash is very busy, although a Monday morning is probably not the most popular time to wash your car. The entire Reifen-Ritz location is designed to provide optimal customer service. Four employees work in sales and between eight and ten in assembly. Five car assembly stations and a road for two truck trains guarantee the highest technical standards. The Bruck location alone has over 2,500 depot customers.

Rating “Highly recommended”

Shortly before the editorial deadline, Apollo Vredestein Austria managing director Thomas Körpert received the extremely pleasing news that the Vredestein Sportrac 5 emerged as the test winner in the ÖAMTC summer tire test in the size 185/65 R15 88H with an overall grade of 2.1 and received the rating “highly recommended”. In the size 225/45 R17 94 Y, the Vredestein Ultrac Vorti also received a “highly recommended” rating with an overall grade of 2.3.
