Brembo's sales increased by 30.9 percent to 2,041.8 million euros in the first nine months of 2021. The business figures compared to September 30, 2020:
- Umsatz: 2041,8 Mio. € (plus 30,9 Prozent)
- EBITDA: 381,7 Mio. € (EBITDA-Marge: 18,7 Prozent) EBIT: 224,1 Mio. € (EBIT-Marge: 11,0 Prozent)
- Nettoinvestitionen: 152,0 Mio. €
- Nettoverbindlichkeiten: 483,3 Mio. € (277,5 Mio. € vor Anwendung des Standards IFRS 16), eine Verringerung von 22,4 Mio. € verglichen mit 30. September 2020
"The results for the third fiscal quarter of 2021, confirmed by the Board of Directors, show that Brembo has managed to achieve sales growth that exceeds the development of our reference market, not only compared to the same period last year, but above all compared to the same period in 2019. The fundamentals of the Brembo Group remain solid, thanks to the contribution of all business areas. However, after a very positive development in the first half of the year, raw material inflation and the “These external factors are likely to continue to affect the automotive industry until at least the end of 2021, even if demand for vehicles remains high,” commented Alberto Bombassei, Brembo Chairman, on the quarterly figures.
