AutoZum 2023: Tour 2nd part

At the Loco-Soft stand, Gregor Pülzl, Sales Manager for Austria, presented the new Loco-Soft app, with which important operational data from the Loco-Soft dealer management system can be accessed on the go. Among other things, you can add addresses, call customers, view vehicle and order data, note contacts with customers and interested parties, and read and write internal messages worldwide.

At the Magneti Marelli stand, Gianluca Altavini and Ronny Wiegandt (from left) presented, among other things, the Oxhydro Carbon Cleaner cleaning device, which can be used to remove carbon residues in diesel, gasoline, LPG and natural gas engines. The hydrogen produced by the system is directed into the intake duct and mixes with the air sucked in through the filter. In the combustion chamber, it uses a pyrolysis process to remove all residues from the piston crown, cylinder, injectors, valves, spark plugs and glow plugs without excessively heating the metals.

At the Niterra stand, Jürgen Weichselgartner, aftermarket area manager for Germany and Austria, showed the wide product range of the NGK and NTK brands. As a specialist in mixture preparation, the company's range includes not only spark plugs but also lambda sensors, air mass meters and boost pressure sensors. Niterra is also successful in the field of medical technology with ceramic products and is therefore relaxed about the change to electromobility.

At the Obereder stand, marketing manager Verena Estermann and sales manager Max Schenner presented, among other things, the Castrol ON product range with gear oils specially developed for electric vehicles. In addition to Castrol premium lubricants and special classic oils for vintage cars, Obereder also supplies the workshops with AdBlue including mobile tank systems. Max Schenner is confident that the lubricants market will continue to prosper until 2040.

At the Partslink24 stand, press spokeswoman Bettina Braut-Recker (r.) presented the newly revised order management of the comprehensive online order catalog for automotive spare parts. The portal currently covers 48 car brands and over 15.4 million original parts. The user-friendly interface shows the order status of each spare part with the associated customer data at a glance.

At the Sata stand, Benjamin Thorschmidt, Helmut Rohner and Michael Russ (from left) presented the company's current paint gun called the Satajet X 5500. With the X nozzle system, all paint systems can be processed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The so-called “whisper nozzle” noticeably reduces the noise, gives painters a softer, more pleasant painting experience and also reduces material consumption.

At the SW Stahl stand, managing director Sascha Gillessen and sales employee Georg Schauerte (from left) presented high-quality hand tools. The robust tools are ready to hand in workshop trolleys of different sizes; the top model is equipped with eight drawers and a stainless steel plate that can withstand a load of 600 kilograms. For SW Stahl Managing Director Gillessen, AutoZum offers the ideal opportunity to demonstrate “products you can touch”.

At the Texa stand, Austria Area Manager Andreas Inzinger and Sales Manager Gerd Pollakowski (from left) presented, among other things, the new ADAS calibration system Texa RCCS 3. By digitally displaying the calibration boards on a monitor, radar and lidar systems as well as cameras and sensors in a wide range of vehicles can be adjusted. The device is equipped with a 75” HD screen with 4K resolution, which always offers optimal viewing and respects the proportions 1:1 according to the specifications of each manufacturer.

At the stand of Turbo-Tec, the specialist for remanufactured injection systems and turbochargers, sales manager Thomas Ullram presented, among other things, refurbished Adblue tanks, which are currently in particularly high demand from independent workshops. The Turbo-Tec range also includes professionally repaired automatic transmissions, air conditioning compressors, injection pumps and steering gears.

At the Clarios GmbH stand, technical trainer Sebastian Wieprich and marketing manager Gesa Pinkenburg presented the latest AGM batteries from the Varta brand for hybrid and electric vehicles. The robust power storage units shine with high cycle performance and charge absorption. In electric vehicles, they supply power to important functions such as starting up and shutting down the HV system, stabilizing the on-board network and safety checks after removing the starting key.
