Further optimize processes

Whether it's bodywork, sheet metal or paint damage, windshield replacement or repair, or exhaust replacement or repair, Johann Mittermair and his team (14 employees in total) are on hand and find the right solution for every problem. The traditional company, which always relied on values such as continuity and handshake quality, is characterized by low employee fluctuation and optimal customer loyalty: “All employees are self-made, so to speak, have completed their apprenticeship in my company and put their heart and soul into it,” says managing director Johann Mittermair in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. In 2006 Mittermair III. A complex renovation was carried out and the operation was expanded threefold. The “bodywork professional” is now at full capacity with two paint boxes and around 40 cars per week.

When it comes to paint, Mittermair has been relying on Nexa Autocolor since the beginning of 2014. “The price is secondary, I want the best product,” he emphasizes. “Our field staff and technicians completely identify with the product and have to think entrepreneurially in order to achieve process optimization efficiently,” says Hans Niederegger, technical manager and member of the management team at Nexa Autocolor. Hans Mühlberghuber has been in field service at Nexa Autocolor for eight years and, as a body builder and master painter, knows what he is talking about: "We offer our customers tailor-made products. The system for finding the color must be as simple as possible," says Mühlberghuber. The priority is to ensure that the company can concentrate on its core competency: day-to-day business. “The ideal color accuracy ensures perfect process optimization,” explains Hans Niederegger.
In any case, the feedback from the painters at Mittermair's company has so far been exclusively positive: "With the products from Nexa Autocolor we have an optimal color mix, everything is very easy to handle in everyday work," says Manfred Wimmhofer, who has been employed as a painter at the company for 21 years. For the boss, Johann Mittermair, customer loyalty is a key factor. "We want to address our customers by name. If someone wasn't satisfied elsewhere and then comes to us, we won't leave them out," says Mittermair with a smile. There is respect and perfect work is done, especially since customer satisfaction is the most important thing for a successful business. In everyday painting, “the overall process” is always interesting, emphasizes Hans Niederegger. It doesn't mean anything if individual steps are optimized while others become more complicated. It's about the overall package. “And that fits perfectly with Nexa Autocolor,” says Mittermair.
