After the merger with Thomas Rossmann's operations in Bruck/L. The Car-Rep group now has six locations in Eco Plus Park and Schwechat. When it comes to paint, people rely entirely on PPG.

Thomas Rossmann, owner of T. Rossmann GmbH based in the Eco Plus Park in Bruck an der Leitha and Schwechat, had negotiated with many companies and then decided to merge with Car-Rep, competent in bodywork, paint and glass with a total of six locations. “Car-Rep relies entirely on quality and optimal customer service; this maxim fits my business exactly,” said Thomas Rossmann in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. The Car Rep group has been around for over 25 years now. In addition to the highest quality and optimal customer service, managing director Tanja Erhart also values healthy growth: "The company in Bruck an der Leitha is now our sixth location. The company is renowned, the location is excellent," says Erhart. Car-Rep currently employs a total of almost 50 people, all of whom are competent in bodywork and painting work as well as in the areas of dent pressing, glass repair and replacement as well as spot repair. Car-Rep's service portfolio also includes: pick-up and delivery service, 24-hour hotline and special fleet conditions.

The Car Rep Group has been cooperating with paint manufacturer PPG since 2012. PPG chief technician Hans Niederegger and sales consultant Christian Heinrich attended the meeting with KFZ Wirtschaft. “Just as the Car Rep Group focuses on the customer, the same is true for us at PPG,” says Hans Niederegger. “A glossy brochure alone is not enough,” says Niederegger. “Tailor-made solutions” are needed for each individual company. “We are united by our passion for paint.” Christian Heinrich, a trained master painter who has been working in the field for three years, emphasizes the importance of individual support: “It’s about offering this filler or that clear coat tailored to each company; they should never all be lumped together,” says Heinrich. Furthermore, the customer rightly expects the highest quality; it is important to be there immediately if something goes wrong or to provide continuous and optimal support. Heinrich emphasizes that he actually knows every painter in the car repair shops personally. Due to the excellent order situation and the consistently good business - especially with large fleets - an expansion of the Car Rep business area or the current six locations is possible, says CEO Tanja Erhart. The principle, however, is: growth not at any price, only healthy growth is beneficial.
