With the SATA “spray mix technology” the material is dispensed using the highest pressure process. Compressed air is supplied to the resulting pre-formed airless spray jet via the air nozzle in order to shape the spray jet and create an even distribution of droplets. This creates a homogeneous material application for optimal surface quality. The new SATAjet K 1800 spray mix is ​​a lightweight in this pistol class that combines a balanced center of gravity with an ergonomic design. There is also a balanced range of nozzles including an innovative clampLock color needle system.

The user can also optionally retrofit a swivel joint for both the material and air connection. This reduces twisting of the connected hoses and also makes painting easier.
