Lucky Car Eisenstadt under new management - and with big goals

Over 700 customers a year in Eisenstadt already rely on the services of the Lucky Car branch on Mattersburger Straße. Sasa Glisic, the new franchisee of Lucky Car Eisenstadt, is taking over a business with a lot of responsibility. The branch has been around since 2018. And Glisic still has big plans: "We want to become the largest car paint shop in Burgenland in terms of sales. The top priority to achieve this goal is quality, which always has to be right." The 30-year-old entrepreneur is no newcomer to the automotive industry, he most recently ran a taxi company for several years and was a Lucky Car customer himself.

Wide range

However, the location's range of services extends far beyond repairing paintwork damage. “Lucky Car Eisenstadt not only has one of the most modern workshops in our branch network, but is generally one of the most modern in all of Austria,” explains Lucky Car managing director Mitar Kos. Customers can therefore expect the complete Lucky Car range of services there: the repair of paint and bodywork damage including stone chips and car glass repair or replacement, classic vehicle mechanics, the possibility of a §57a inspection (“Pickerl”) and tire changes. “We have our own tire depot and can also carry out wheel alignment and wheel alignment,” explains Glisic. The restoration of classic cars is also offered. “Help without an appointment, repair of all brands and models, highest quality, best customer service, quickly and at a fair price – that is our claim, which is also lived in Eisenstadt,” says Kos.

Motivated team

The team also fits the modern atmosphere: "Sasa Glisic takes over a young, dynamic team that is able to repair any damage, no matter how big or complicated it may be. He himself combines young charm with entrepreneurial competence and fits in perfectly," says Kos. His work in the taxi industry is also "to blame" for the fact that Glisic now belongs to the Lucky Car family: "My company owned twelve vehicles that I had repaired at Lucky Car. The service and the concept convinced me and I wanted to be part of it. The rest, as they say, is history," says Glisic.
