Paint & Technology: Fully motivated despite emergency operation

Rudolf Weismann (l.) und sein Sohn Andreas führen das Unternehmen Lack & Technik durch die Krise.

“The demand for our paint products is currently unchanged, only in Tyrol all companies have closed,” says Rudolf Weismann. His son Andreas runs the company's business from home; he himself visits the company for a few hours a day. “The entire field service is off duty, the inside service is divided into groups of four to five people who take turns,” says Weismann. The warehouses are full of paint products from the Cromax and WestColor brands, so Lack & Technik will be able to supply its customers for the next few months despite border closures. Orders are only accepted by telephone and the goods are delivered directly to the customer. What makes Rudolf Weismann particularly happy: “Despite the general mood of crisis, my employees are fully motivated.”
