Lack & Technik celebrates its 25th birthday
In 1994, Rudolf Weismann founded the company Lack & Technik with just two employees. “With a focus on steady and healthy growth, we have since been able to expand the company to four locations with around 40 employees,” says Weismann happily. The next milestone was set in 1997, just three years after the company was founded, with the opening of the branch in Graz under managing director Rudolf Stranzl. With the locations in Vienna (2001) and Tyrol (2004), further steps were taken to expand the branch network, which today covers the whole of Austria. “Our own high expectations are crucial to our ability to meet our customers’ demands for service and product quality for 25 years,” emphasize Rudolf Weismann and his son Andreas. On the occasion of this milestone birthday, they would like to thank their many long-standing and loyal customers. They appreciate the company's comprehensive range of high-quality paint products as well as the corresponding tools, accessories and training courses. Lack & Technik is a specialist for paint products from the Cromax and WestColor brands and supports the partners of the Five Star network throughout Austria.
GENERATIONAL CHANGE COMPLETED
On the occasion of Lack & Technik's 25th anniversary, company founder Rudolf Weismann handed over the responsibilities as managing director to his son. “Now is the ideal time to hand over responsibility to Andreas, who has acquired the necessary knowledge in the company over the last few years and will continue to run the business successfully,” says the father, confident of his decision. However, he is not yet thinking about retiring from business life, but will continue to be available for Lack & Technik and corporate customers. Andreas Weismann has been working in the company for nine years and is tackling the new task with anticipation and drive: “I am looking forward to taking over responsibility for a highly successful company from my father and am looking forward to continuing to run the company just as successfully,” he says. His stated goal is to further expand the company's leading role in the areas of paint technology, service and training and to remain true to the Lack & Technik slogan "Your partner with innovation".
