The traditional annual Five Star meeting is a fixture in the painting industry's calendar. Cromax importer and organizer Lack & Technik once again offered an exciting program with current topics that affect the industry. “A key success factor for body and paint technology companies is networking with clients such as insurance companies, fleet operators and leasing companies,” said paint & technology consultant Rudolf Weismann. He handed over management of the traditional family business to his son Andreas Weismann in the spring of this year. “With the RepScore web platform, Five Star workshops have a unique tool at their disposal to present themselves to clients in a user-friendly and clear manner,” says the paint expert. At the Five Star meeting, the options for efficient use were presented, intensively trained and discussed with users. REGIONAL NETWORKING

Equally important for the companies in the Five Star network is the collaboration with small and medium-sized fleet operators in the respective region as well as with private vehicle owners. The plenary session discussed the possibilities of direct marketing, online advertising, print advertising and other sales promotion options. And since an excellent body and paint technology company always requires excellent staff, numerous options for recruiting, training and further training of employees were discussed in the plenary session. As an afternoon program and another highlight of the Five Star meeting, Lack & Technik organized an exciting training course led by Helmut Schrenk, a renowned and internationally recognized expert in the field of workshop consulting. The speaker offered exciting insights into the topic of “Increasing customer satisfaction and opportunities for up- and cross-selling through optimized communication when accepting and returning vehicles.” The participants eagerly used the breaks to deepen contacts and exchange information. Because experience shows that you can sometimes use the knowledge from other workshops for your own business. As usual, the team at the Kremstalerhof Hotel-Restaurant took care of the cozy atmosphere and physical well-being. Rudolf Weismann concludes: “Five Star companies benefit from the most modern, state-of-the-art equipment, employ well-trained employees and have mastered all modern repair methods for all types of vehicles.” This means that the network partners can rely on being able to meet the ever-increasing demands of fleet, leasing, insurance and also private customers in the future.
