Residues from vignettes, decorative strips or glue and adhesive weights on rims should be child's play for the new orange terpene cleaner from Liqui Moly. It should also clean residues of oil, grease or wax quickly and effectively. “This makes the new product ideal for every workshop,” says Dieter Otto, expert for vehicle care products at Liqui Moly. The spray mist from underbody protection, cavity sealing or adhesive lubricant spray leaves marks on the underbody, hinges, joints and guides. "The orange terpene cleaner solves everything in no time. Wipe it off. Done. It's quicker than having to tape off the relevant areas on the vehicle before you can start the actual work."
The orange terpenes used are purely natural solvents. The terpenes come from 100 percent renewable raw materials. "Orange peels are the starting material. Oil is extracted from them. It is then further processed into terpenes using steam distillation. This is a concentrated form of orange oil," says Dieter Otto, describing the production of terpenes.
There are some orange oil based products. Depending on the surface to be cleaned, the oil must first be diluted with water in the appropriate proportion. If used in undiluted form, you must definitely wipe with water immediately afterwards, as the orange oil can attack the materials. The cleaner from Liqui Moly wants to be easy to use. “When formulating our orange terpene cleaner, we made sure it was easy to use and had the best cleaning power.”
