The creative workshop for painters
The “most modern creative workshop for plumbing and painting work” is currently being built in Gänserndorf. Two car-loving perfectionists with great passion have big plans.

The creative workshop for painters
The shell is already in place. After the property was purchased in the summer of 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 3rd. At Protteserstrasse 59 in Gänserndorf, Lower Austria, nothing more and nothing less than the “most modern creative workshop for plumbing and painting work” is currently being built – Rohringer Automotive (7,000 m² of wasteland; 1,200 m² of workshop space). The opening is planned for next summer. Mario Rohringer and Wolfgang Rehberger are behind the ambitious project. The two have known each other forever, grew up together and have now fulfilled their childhood dream: their own creative business for car enthusiasts with petrol in their blood. The aim is to achieve a level of quality for which there should de facto be no competition. Mario Rohringer, master painter, electronics and automotive technician, and Wolfgang Rehberger, a business economist with many years of management experience as a business partner at IBM Austria, founder and managing director of his own IT company and a talented networker, are jointly responsible for the management.

OPENING IN SUMMER
We started with six employees, each one a “painter and plumber with heart and soul,” as Mario Rohringer emphasizes. An apprentice offensive is also planned. “It is essential for us that we ourselves train young people for our company,” emphasizes Wolfgang Rehberger in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. The business motto is the best quality at a fair price. Rohringer Automotive also wants to cooperate with small independent workshops. “Basically, we want to position ourselves broadly,” explains Wolfgang Rehberger. “There will be collaborations with insurance companies and fleet operators.” Everything the two announce with sparkling eyes makes you extremely curious and excited. "Our goal is to create positive added value for our customers. In other words: a visit to our company should not be an annoying necessity, but an interesting experience," explains Mario Rohringer, who enjoys the reputation of a passionate perfectionist in the greater Gänserndorf area. Corporate customers will be offered, among other things, a pick-up and delivery service, and there will also be a rental car fleet and all-round, worry-free customer service.

ACOAT SELECTED PARTNERS
When it comes to paint, Rohringer and Rehberger swear by Sikkens and AkzoNobel. They also plan to become an Acoat Selected partner right from the start. Acoat Selected is a value-added, profitable program that has been around for over 40 years, a premium network for independent AkzoNobel body and paint shops. In any case, Rohringer's principle is: make no compromises. No compromises in terms of quality. For example, the paint box that should be set up at the end of April is from the Wolf company. Great importance was placed on both the best quality and sustainability throughout the workshop furnishings. Whether construction company, installer, window etc., only regionally based companies were commissioned. Conclusion: Rarely have we been faced with such an ambitious project that reflects the combined expertise and passion of two dedicated, car-loving petrol brothers. In any case, KFZ Wirtschaft will provide journalistic support for the rest of the process until the opening in the summer.
