The top model “jet X” paint gun was presented in an elegant matt black at the Sata trade fair stand. Marketing expert Gert Schilling explained the innovative nozzle technology, which can be adapted to the individual preferences of each painter. With both the “Speed” and “Control” nozzle settings, the respective jet dimension remains constant across the different nozzle sizes. Only the material throughput changes linearly with size. “The innovative labyrinth airflow system guides the air in the nozzle so that it emerges free of turbulence and pulsation - the result is an extraordinarily fine and homogeneous atomization,” explains Schilling.
Together with the SATA top model “jet X Digital ready”, the innovative digital unit “adam X pro” supports the painting professional in standardizing and reproducing his results. The system helps to avoid painting errors such as flow problems and cloud formation. The innovative operating concept: The various functions are selected by double-tapping on the side of the housing and by tilting the gun. “adam X pro” keeps precise statistics about the operating hours, the painting time and the number of triggers of a jet This allows the most important parameters of the painting process to be saved and analyzed. The data is transferred via a QR code that is shown on the display of the adam X pro. The menu structure is based on the needs of professionals who work with the jet X every day.
