The master business in Artstetten run by young entrepreneur Alois Brandstetter actually plays all the pieces. The newly built company has 10,000 m² (2000 m² of built-up area), a plumbing shop, a paint shop and an excellently utilized workshop. Alois Brandstetter is a master car mechanic, plumber and painter and employs twelve people. The ambitious entrepreneur has been an Acoat Selected partner since April 1, 2017. AkzoNobel field sales representative Erwin Pfeiffer, who is responsible for supporting all ABW customers, also looks after Brandstetter. In fact, the Acoat Selected programs are ideal for Brandstetter and his young team, especially since the automotive all-rounder is extremely interested in ongoing further training. And AkzoNobel ensures that in any case. Acoat Selected offers member companies a wide range of services, consisting of seminars, consultations, events, advertising services, etc., individually tailored and very close to practice. It is always essential to optimize the operational and operational processes in the company - with full entrepreneurial freedom for the member companies. Under the motto “More than just a paint supplier”, AkzoNobel supports its member companies in all business aspects, but also in technical matters. For Alois Brandstetter, the technical seminars are particularly interesting, but also those training courses that deal with employee management. “Training is particularly important for a brand-independent company,” says Brandstetter. Brandstetter also wants to use the tried and tested workshop scan. As part of this, Wolfgang Hörmandinger, technical manager at AkzoNobel, takes a close look at everyday work in the automotive industry. A meeting is then held with the aim of making the work processes as efficient as possible.

The entire painting problem is becoming more and more complex and complex, says Böhm, who particularly swears by AkzoNobel's digital damage photography. For Christian Hackl, who has been working at Autohaus Böhm since 1984, the technical seminars that AkzoNobel offers as part of the Acoat Selected partnership are particularly interesting. “I visit these as often as possible because the profit is enormous,” said Hackl in the KFZ Wirtschaft interview.
