New manager at NTN Europe

Automechanisa 2024 was an opportunity for NTN Europe to showcase a range of innovations while introducing Emile Boucton as the new manager of the ITG (International Trade and Buying Group). Boucton is a graduate of an INBA in finance and marketing and started his international career as a business development manager in a German economic development office for the US state of Iowa. He took his first steps in the aftermarket in 2014 at GroupAuto International, where he took on a similar role. This valuable experience, where he focused on contract negotiations directly with suppliers, gave him a deep understanding of the market, its structure and the key players. Now the 37-year-old succeeds Pascal Langer and becomes part of the team led by Christophe Idelon, Vice President Automotive Aftermarket at NTN Europe. His main tasks include supporting the sales teams in day-to-day business as well as maintaining and expanding trusting relationships with international groups in order to deepen existing contracts and win new partners. “After 10 years of working closely with international groups, I hope to use my experience in retail as an advantage to understand the problems faced by suppliers and actively participate in the growth of the group,” explains Emile Boucton.
