50 times Santander Masterclass

No master has yet fallen from heaven - which is why Santander Consumer Bank launched its master class in 2017, an exclusive training program for dealer partners in the car and motorcycle sector. Each appointment is limited to a maximum of 12 participants and is led by professionals from the automotive industry. Since its launch, a total of almost 500 people have taken part in a Santander master class. Michael Schwaiger, Chief Commercial Officer of Santander Consumer Bank, is pleased with the success of the training series: "If you want to be successful, you have to learn a lot - and from the best of the best. We started the Santander master class with this principle five years ago. By combining educational content with entertaining activities outside of the seminar rooms, we have since then been able to count on a loyal and constantly growing community from the industry, which will hopefully accompany us for at least 50 more master classes."

The 50th edition of the Santander Master Class took place from November 10th to 11th, 2022 at the Kitzhof Mountain Design Resort in Kitzbühel. The technical topic of the anniversary event was used car management in car dealerships, and the highlight of the supporting program was a balloon ride over the Kitzbühel mountains. Marc-Uli Lech, long-time external trainer of the Santander master class and an experienced sales expert, congratulates on the milestone achieved: "The anniversary shows that the Santander Consumer Bank, with its extensive range of seminars on current sales topics, is finding open ears in the industry. As a moderator and companion of the Santander master class since it started in 2017, I am looking forward to the excellent feedback from the participants and to many more successful seminars and events!"

The Santander master class currently includes five modules: The existing topics of used car management, existing customer management and sales were expanded to include the Online Marketing I module in 2021 and the Online Marketing II module in 2022. Registration for the respective dates takes place online according to the “first come, first serve” principle www.autonline.at
