Eduardo Ramírez will lead the Hyundai Design Europe Center. His job is to make Hyundai different from other market participants with customer-oriented design innovations. After graduating from Coventry University and the Royal College of Art, Eduardo Ramírez began his career as a designer at Audi and later at General Motors. He joined Hyundai in 2007 and was responsible for key design projects in Europe in the European Design Center, including the i10, Kona, Bayon and Santa Fe models. “I believe in the power of design to chart paths forward and I am committed to inspiring and empowering our design teams,” says Ramírez. Commenting on the appointment, SangYup Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of Hyundai Genesis Global Design, said: "Eduardo is the perfect fit for this position as he understands Hyundai's design direction and he is the one who can realize a design that reflects our customers' lifestyles while appreciating Hyundai's heritage."
