Vienna Electric Days celebrate success
The organizers of the Vienna Electric Days 2023 draw a positive conclusion. In mid-September, more than 100,000 visitors took the opportunity to inspect new electric cars and electric two-wheelers at Vienna's Rathausplatz. There was also professional exchange and personal advice on the future topic of e-mobility. Top-class panel discussions discussed battery-electric mobility, future-oriented ownership models and the associated digital possibilities. Political and social aspects were also discussed, as well as the topics of charging infrastructure, battery technology and subsequent use of electricity storage. Exciting keynotes were delivered by futurologist Mathias Horx and Oliver Blume, CEO of Volkswagen AG and Porsche AG.
At the vie:mobility Next Generation Symposium, the topics on the program were business location, energy crisis, logistics and the latest electric models. Organizer Ralph Vallon was able to welcome a number of high-profile panelists, including Wien Holding Managing Director Oliver Stribl, BIP board member Johann Breiteneder, Vienna location lawyer Alexander Biach from WKW, Stefan Gubi, CEO Windhager, the deputy. Andreas Martin, organizer of the Vienna Electric Days, concluded: “We were particularly pleased that the visitors positively took advantage of our offer to test drive an electric vehicle.”
