The online portal willhaben evaluated thousands of advertisements from the past six months and calculated the corresponding average offer prices. In total, more than 20 models from a wide range of brands were examined in more detail.

According to Statistics Austria, purely electrically powered cars exceeded the 100,000 mark in the number of vehicles in this country for the first time in 2022, which corresponds to a fifty-fold increase in the past decade.
