“We attach great importance to having a strong partner at eye level in insurance matters,” emphasizes Sergey Ofitserov, who has been managing the Stellantis & You retail operations in Austria since June 2023. “Our collaboration began in 2016, survived the challenging Corona period well and is now being further developed with fresh ideas and attractive campaigns,” says Günther Kramess, area manager of GÖVD Garanta Austria. Stellantis & You offers new car sales and workshop services including after sales for the brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Peugeot and Suzuki in Vienna at Triester Straße 50a and at Präzisionastrasse 75, and also offers service for the brands Lancia, Dodge, RAM and Chrysler at Präzisionastrasse. The third location at Brunnerfeldstrasse 69a in Perchtoldsdorf operates under the name Spoticar Stellantis & You, where used cars of all brands are bought and sold.

“Together with Garanta, we can offer our customers a complete 360-degree service, both in vehicle registration and in claims processing,” explains Sergey Ofitserov. A registration office is located in the Perfectastrasse branch, but registrations of customer vehicles are also carried out at all other locations by Stellantis & You employees. A total of 15 customer advisors look after prospective buyers, and a total of nine service advisors work in the affiliated workshops, including the paint and bodywork center. “Anyone who buys a car from us can have all service work and all repairs carried out in-house in the event of damage,” emphasizes Ofitserov. The well-established cooperation with insurance service provider Garanta ensures that both damage recording and repairs are carried out in record time. “Garanta is the only insurance that offers fair value repairs of up to 100 percent of the replacement value – that is a crucial criterion for us,” says Thomas Rauch, Director of Fleet, Business & Authorities Sales at Stellantis & You. Günther Kramess adds: "For example, if the customer has hail damage, the repair of which amounts to 65 percent of the replacement value, the vehicle would be listed as a total loss with another insurance company. With us it will be completely repaired." Both partners benefit from the cooperation. Stellantis & You believes that the repair business remains in-house, and Garanta believes that it is recommended by the car dealership as insurance with the best price-performance ratio.
