It couldn't be any faster

The end customer just configures their desired vehicle online and can then click directly to sign the financing contract within a few minutes. This is made possible by the new digital application process from Santander Consumer Bank and its captive partners. This requires an interface connection between the vehicle manufacturer's systems and those of the Santander Consumer Bank. Since December 2021, the Swedish premium e-car specialist Polestar has been the first captive partner to offer this service. The process is simple: First, the customer puts together the desired vehicle according to their ideas on the captive partner's website and immediately receives a non-binding offer for a vehicle loan or a leasing offer. If the customer is satisfied with this, they land in the Santander Consumer Bank's digital application process with just one click. Here too, the configurations can still be changed. After providing all relevant personal and financial data, the financing application can be submitted with a click of the mouse. Just a few minutes later - even outside of business hours - the applicant should receive an email back with a link to the application decision. If you click on this link, after your identity has been verified using the video identification process, you will receive the result of the application review and can then sign the financing contract digitally and nothing will stand in the way of your new dream vehicle.
