For the survey by the market research institute Telemark Marketing, 400 of the financial service provider's vehicle dealer partners from all over Austria were asked on behalf of Santander Consumer Bank about their satisfaction with their financing cooperation. The values ​​in various categories were collected in August 2023. The result: 98 percent of the car dealers surveyed are satisfied with the quick and easy transfer process after financing has been completed. The financial institution also scores points on a personal level: 91 percent of those surveyed rated the communication with their contact person at Santander as positive. 90 percent of the survey participants are satisfied with the service provided by Santander Consumer Bank. The high level of satisfaction also has a positive effect on the willingness to recommend: 86 percent of vehicle dealers would recommend the bank as a reliable financing partner.

With over 1,800 cooperations in the automotive sector, Santander Consumer Bank is the leading manufacturer-independent financier of cars and motorcycles in Austria. In 2022, it financed more than 80,000 vehicles and achieved sales of 1.685 billion euros in the car business.
