The Austria-wide survey of Santander Consumer Bank's vehicle dealer partners shows high approval ratings for the financial service provider: 93 percent of those surveyed are satisfied with the financial service provider's service. In addition, 90 percent would recommend the bank as a financing partner. The bank's payout process is also very well received: 97 percent of the car dealerships surveyed are satisfied with the quick and easy transfer process after financing has been completed. The financial institution also scores points on a personal level: 92 percent of those surveyed rate the communication with their contact person at Santander positively.

Michael Schwaiger, Chief Commercial Officer of Santander Consumer Bank, is pleased with the results of the survey: “As a reliable partner to the Austrian motor vehicle trade, we offer attractive financing solutions to each of our almost 1,800 dealer partners,” says Schwaiger. In his opinion, the positive results of the survey primarily reflect the high importance of personal support. Schwaiger emphasizes: “We will not rest on our laurels, but will continue to work on continuously expanding our partner service and taking it to the next level.”
