Automotive Services is improving the support offering and introducing the multimedia, digital user manual.
EBV tip: This is how the digital user manual works
The EBV is used every day by thousands of companies across Austria for the §57a check. The modern software solution offers a variety of practical functions to record reviews quickly and easily. In order to provide quick and easy answers to user questions about the software, the EBV has now integrated the digital user manual directly into the program. So that no questions remain unanswered.
Quick help for self-help
Access to the digital user manual can be found on the Automotive Services overview page in the “Support Service Hotline” area. To get there, users simply click on the “Support Service Hotline” icon in the right column of the overview page and the “User Manual” tile appears. The full-text search enables you to quickly find answers by entering text. In addition, the user manual is sorted into four subgroups: Automotive Services, Defects Catalog, EBV and Documents.
Multimedia content
An interactive table of contents provides a quick overview of the topic and makes navigation easier. This means users can click directly through the individual user manual chapters and subchapters. In addition to practical instructions with a variety of images, there are now also short explanatory videos to make the user manual even more clear.
