Industry winner among car rental companies
It was only in August 2023 and for the third time in a row that Europcar emerged as the winner in the independent ÖGVS consumer study with the best rating from B2C customers. Now the independent research institute ÖGVS / Society for Consumer Studies GmbH has rated Europcar Austria's offering and performance as outstanding in the B2B sector. Conclusion: Europcar Austria was awarded “1st place for customer service in the car rental industry”.
As part of this independent B2B Award Austria 2023 study, the best providers were determined from over 250,000 reviews from a total of 886 companies from 87 industries. Europcar Austria received the rating “outstanding” as a rental car provider in all three categories – customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. The study placed a particular focus on the needs of B2B customers. Participants from the decision-making panel from middle and top management were interviewed. In addition to its extensive network of stations and simple online booking options for individual companies as well as small and medium-sized companies, Europcar particularly scores points with the personal support of major customers through the Austria-wide Sales Key Account Management and the support of the Sales Back Office team. “We are extremely pleased with the results of the independent B2B Award Austria 2023 study,” says Martin Mostbauer, Managing Director of Europcar Austria, ARAC GmbH.
