Axalta Coating Systems is presenting a trend color for the ninth year in a row. Based on the “Automotive Color Trends” study, “Techno Blue” was chosen as the trend color. The modern, extravagant color is intended to embody the transition from the real to the virtual world and to highlight the changing reality of life including positive future prospects. “This year's color is a bright hue that radiates positivity,” said Hadi Awada, senior vice president of Global Mobility at Axalta. “Techno Blue stands in stark contrast to the noble Royal Magenta, Axalta’s Color of the Year 2022, and is causing a change in people’s attitudes towards future thinking.” Techno Blue was created for various paint solutions and now enriches Axalta's diverse color palette.
