German car models are booming during the pandemic compared to competitors. This is shown by a current evaluation by AutoScout24.

AutoScout24: German models popular in the crisis
AutoScout24 evaluated the ten most popular models among Austrian users of the platform between March and June. First place is taken by VW, Audi secures places two to four. Clear top dog: the class leader Volkswagen Golf.
It is and remains number 1 in Austria - even during the corona pandemic: the VW Golf. As the founder of a class of its own, the Golf is accepted by the general public like no other automobile. The compact has been on the road in its eighth generation for a few months. The VW Golf took first place in the AutoScout24 ranking of the most popular models during the Corona pandemic and was offered on the platform across all model generations for an average of 13,938 euros. The Skoda Octavia is the only non-German model to make it into the top 10 in 7th place. Skoda's best-selling model has an average price of 17,497 euros.
