Vienna's best apprentices

On August 30th, Vienna's most outstanding apprentices in the areas of automotive technology and body construction were honored at a festive ceremony. This event marked the highlight of an intensive training program initiated by the Vehicle Technology Guild of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce. The aim of the program was to raise the professional skills of the best apprentices to a new level. They took part in practical workshops and modern training courses led by leading industry experts. The courses at the mobility campus of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce were led by Rudolf Rosenmayer, Klaus Kovac and Daniel Fischer.

At the Vienna State Apprenticeship Competition, prospective automotive technicians were able to show what they had learned in the expert courses. Georg Ringseis, guild master of Vienna Vehicle Technology, congratulated the award winners and emphasized the importance of this initiative: “These courses are not only an investment in the technical skills of the apprentices, but also promote their personal development and prepare them to take on future leadership roles in their industry.” The best of the best will now have the opportunity to represent Vienna at the upcoming state championships in the fall. The next expert courses are already being planned in order to continue to promote and support new talent in the coming year.
