The skilled workers of tomorrow are trained at Gady by experienced apprentice trainers. They are the key people and accompany the young people throughout the entire apprenticeship period. The apprentices from all locations come together on the so-called “Apprentice Power Days”. This makes it possible to get to know each other and facilitates mutual networking.
