At the state award “Best Training Companies - Fit for Future 2019” Fischerleitner achieved 5th place in the “up to 49 employees” category. Across Austria, 145 companies submitted their applications in three categories. During the assessment by a jury of experts, in addition to training methods, additional training and further education offers, support for trainers, contact with vocational schools and parents of apprentices, cooperation with other companies and training institutions as well as innovation and quality assurance of apprentice training were assessed. Another very important criterion was the feedback from the apprentices. “We feel confirmed on our path: in addition to professional qualifications, it is just as important for us to train young people to be responsible and independent employees,” says CEO Peter Fischerleitner proudly. After winning the 2017 federal apprenticeship competition and the 2019 state competition, this top placement is another award for apprentice training at Fischerleitner.
