Extension of time period for car value quotations
The listing period has been extended in car value. In addition to the previous 10 years, it is now possible to rate vehicles that are 1 year older and 1 year younger. This means that vehicles can be evaluated from an age of 12 months instead of the current age of 24 months.

In numbers for cars, this means: Instead of around 130,000 listings (in 10 years), there are now around 12,000 additional listings and around 1,400 to 1,500 listings are added every month.
As of April there are already around 6,000 listings and by the end of the year there will be 17,100 additional listings from 2018. For LVC: Instead of around 51,000 listings (in 9 years), there are now around 3,700 additional listings and around 500 listings are added every month. As of April there are already around 2,000 listings and by the end of the year there will be 6,000 additional listings from 2018. In total, there will be almost 220,000 listings instead of 181,000 in December 2019.
This corresponds to an increase of 21.5% more vehicles.
