Well-deserved retirement
Uwe Imbach's career at CarGarantie began in 1986 as district manager in the sales team. Six years later, he was already responsible for the entire North Rhine-Westphalia area as regional sales manager and was promoted to sales manager for Germany in 2005 and general manager for Central Europe in 2010. In this role, he managed CarGarantie's sales organization in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and, from 2017, also in Denmark. During this time, he established extensive relationships with retailers and manufacturers and was significantly involved in the development of numerous collaborations and projects that have shaped CarGarantie's successful business. Customer contact was always his focus. Colleagues and customers appreciated his commitment, enthusiasm, competence and team spirit. Uwe Imbach will retire at the end of June.
In preparation for this change, CarGarantie has already organized his successor at the beginning of 2021. As General Manager Europe, Edyta Wasiluk is responsible for European sales activities outside of Germany, while Germany continues to be managed by General Manager Germany Sascha Schüren. In Austria and Switzerland, Ivan Lattarulo is responsible for sales as the new Director Austria and Switzerland. The Directors Cooperations under General Manager Cooperations Claus Schlicker will continue to support manufacturers, importers and banks.
