Andreas Westermeyer (Federal Guild) recommends that companies only be allowed to carry out “urgent orders” in order to maintain the system. “This applies to emergency services, i.e. to urgent repair work or maintenance of motor vehicles that is urgently necessary for the operation of motor vehicles in order to ensure trouble-free operation of motor vehicles.” In general, a lot of things are a matter of discretion, says Westermeyer; it is important to use common sense and be careful.
