Marcus Söldner, Chairman of the Board of CarGarantie since January 1, 2019, will also take on a seat on the management board at International Warranty Solutions in this role.

IWS is a cooperation between the two leading specialist insurers CG Car-Garantie Versicherungs-AG and Car Care Plan. The new managing director, Marcus Söldner, has been a member of the CarGarantie board for two and a half years and was responsible for the Western and Eastern European and Asian markets as well as the areas of business development and marketing until he became CEO. Before working at CarGarantie, he held various management positions in the automotive industry, including: internationally active at Allianz, the BMW Group and Nissan. After assuming global responsibility for Nissan's warranty insurance business as Managing Director of Nissan Global Reinsurance, Ltd. He switched to CarGarantie in 2016. Marcus Söldner succeeds Axel Berger, who has moved to the supervisory board of CarGarantie and forms the new management team together with Ben Russell, Group Sales Director Car Care Plan and Marcel De Rycker, Managing Director International Warranty Solutions.
